Ferretto expands the Vertimag range with Vertimag XXL, a new series of automated vertical storage systems designed to provide greater storage capacity within a single machine.
The Vertimag XXL series comprises three models — 65XXL, 84XXL and 103XXL — all equipped with a 4,850 mm-wide tray. The three models differ in tray depth: 650 mm, 840 mm and 1,030 mm respectively.
Compared with Vertimag XL, the new series provides up to 14% more storage capacity while retaining the same operating principles, management software, ergonomics and user experience as the rest of the Vertimag range.
A practical response to new storage requirements
In recent years, more companies have been looking for ways to increase storage capacity without installing a second vertical lift module. At the same time, they need to make better use of the available footprint, support inventory growth and maintain flexibility when designing or expanding their warehouse.
Vertimag XXL was developed to address these requirements. It helps companies:
