The Vertimag range includes 15 models and 6 types of picking bays.
The vertical automated storage system consists of two rows of shelving where metal trays are housed and moved by an elevator.
Its flexible configuration allows trays to be positioned at variable heights depending on the type of stored load unit.
The 120 tray size combinations, each available in 4 different load capacities, make the vertical storage system an adaptable solution for the needs of a wide range of industrial sectors.
The system can be equipped with Ergo-Tech, an exclusive solution by Ferretto Spa. An additional elevator located beneath the access bay inside the structure allows for the performance of a double-bay system while maintaining perfect ergonomics.
Vertimag’s next-generation graphical interface offers a user-friendly, customizable dashboard for real-time monitoring of machine status and dynamic drawer compartment management.
Ferretto Spa combines the warehouse with in-house developed management software. The system enables the optimization of product distribution and handling.
