Oleodinamica Gasparini, a Modena-based advanced hydraulic components manufacturer, has requested Ferretto to design and build a Vertimag, an anti-seismic storage system, that guarantees the highest safety standards for goods and operators.
Located in the province of Modena, an area heavily hit by the 2012 earthquake, Oleodinamica Gasparini has been a leading company in the design and production of advanced hydraulic systems.
The safety of all company areas, starting from the warehouse, has always been paramount. In this regard, the company decided to take a significant step forward in its logistics structure. It therefore invested in automation and high-tech solutions with a twofold objective: on the one hand, to achieve better management of the storage space, and on the other hand to protect the goods while guaranteeing the safest work conditions.
After an in-depth analysis by its internal Technical Department, Ferretto proposed the new Vertimag storage system to the customer. This solution best meets the needs of Oleodinamica Gasparini, guaranteeing space optimization, better management of stock and products, reduction of errors and a high standard of safety both for operators and for the stored products. Ferretto automatic vertical storage system is, in fact, equipped with a modular anti-seismic structure capable of withstanding the stresses generated by earthquakes and meeting all the requirements set by the relevant regulations.
